We are committed to protecting your privacy. Only authorized persons in the company when needed use the basic information or data collected from individual clients. We constantly review our system or data to ensure the security of the data provided by our customers.
Upon engaging with any of our services, the clients agree to the contracts highlight the specific services requested. All services will be delivered under the decided agreements set upon at the beginning of the project.
All clients are subjected to pay for the availed services under the terms mentioned in the contract. We receive payments in different methods, including bank transfers and other forms available in the UAE. Remember that late payment may result in the suspension of services until all payments are finalized.
We prioritize the significance of confidentiality of your data and are devoted to protecting any information our clients share with us. All information while availing the services, including business strategy, business data, and other communication or agreements will remain confidential. We do not disclose any data to third parties without the appropriate permission of our clients.
Creative Content retains the rights of all intellectual property, including content, designs, and any other materials created during the provision of services until we receive full payment. Once the payment is cleared, the ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the authorized clients.
We ensure the delivery of all possible results within the set timeframe. However, we do not take any responsibility for the following conditions:
Any delays that are caused by any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Any damage, losses, or disruption caused by software, services, and hosting provided by any third party.
Please note that our liability is limited to the amount paid for the final deliverables.
At Creative Content, we may be involved in offering services that require third-party integrations. These services may include web hosting plans, social media platforms, SEO tools, and other software required to complete your projects.
We do not take responsibility for any disruption caused by third-party services. It is the client’s responsibility to endure the terms and conditions applied by any third parties.
Both the company and clients may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice and any other decided conditions mentioned on the service contract. Upon cancelation of the services, the following conditions may apply:
The company will be entitled to payments for all the given services until the cancelation date.
Any due balance must be settled within the decided timeframe (mentioned in the agreement) from the date of cancelation.
Creative Content reserves the right to amend any point in the terms and conditions according to the best possible practices for delivering quality services, at any time. This is the clients’ responsibility to stay updated with the terms and conditions proposed by Creative Content.
